No meeting in your area?
If you cannot get to a regular CoDA meeting it is suggested that you attend open meetings of other 12 Steps fellowships, for example Alanon, S.L.A.A. or A.A. This will help you gain an understanding of how recovery works, while using CoDA literature to work your own program of recovery from Co-Dependency. Also consider starting a new CoDA meeting, a new meeting starter pack is available for this purpose from Colorado CoDA. If you are interested in bringing a CoDA Meeting to your area, please read more here and contact us.
